Usages
As a source of nutrients for the maintenance of good health our formula F2 Core can be taken by all. The capsule or its powder content can be taken with or without food.
For infants take up to 2 capsules with water daily, no more than one capsule per intake with at least a three hour interval between intakes.
For children and teens, take 2 to 6 capsules with water daily, no more than two capsules per intake with at least two hour intervals between intakes.
For adults, take 6 to 12 capsules with water daily, no more than three capsules per intake with at least two hour interval between intakes.
Important: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. In case of high blood pressure or pregnancy, start with one capsule daily and add one capsule every ten days up to four capsules per day.

What is the difference between F1, F2 and F3?
From F1 to F3 there is a greater amount of red algae and other nurturing technologies applied. The red algae contain more carotenoids (red pigments that give the algae its red color) than the green algae. Carotenoids are known to offer nutritional protection and to facilitate energy transfer across the blood brain barrier safely without toxicity.
Can children take the formula F2?
While F1 is usually sufficient for infants and young children, F2 can also safely be taken by children and infants.
Are there any contraindications in using formula F2?
There are no known contraindications for any of the three formulas. The formulas are certified by Health Canada and have obtained a NPN (Natural Product Number). They are free of pesticides, herbicides and other pollutants.
Why should one take F2 instead of F1?
Because of its greater amount of red algae, F2 contains more carotenoids than F1. According to the cancer society, carotenoids are critical for the support of our immune system. They are also known to more efficiently reach our brain where they increase cellular energy and resulting performance.
